AvtoKrAZ HC Divisions
AvtoKrAZ Holding Company at the head of Kremenchug Automobile Plant consolidates 9 enterprises.
Among them are Poltavskiy Auto aggregate Plant JSC, Kamyanets – Podilskavtoagregat JSC, Kherson Cardan Shafts Plant JSC, Tokmakskiy Press - Forging Plant JSC, Simferopol steering wheels plant JSC which provide KrAZ trucks production with necessary aggregates, units and details.
Separate AvtoKrAZ HC export subdivision is Foreign Trade Firm KrAZ JSC, it sales automobile machinery and spare parts to them in different countries, arranges the maintenance of KrAZ vehicles abroad, establishes and controls assembling in foreign countries.

To meet customers requirements for oil-and-gas equipment Uzghorodskiy Turbogaz plant JSC as a division of AvtoKrAZ HC has mastered the production of block turbine expander aggregates, reducer pair couples, charger rotors, block transportable power stations, gas-distributing stations and centers, subsurface borehole equipment /www.turbogaz.com/.
Wide range of wagons, platforms for containers transportation, dumpcars and other cargo railroad cars manufactured by Stakhanov Wagon Building Plant JSC, one of the AvtoKrAZ HC enterprises, won a worldwide respect due to their reliable metal constructions and significant production quality. The Plant produces all types of freight rolling set of cars, including railway carrier vehicles and petroleum products tanks & spare parts for them.
Being a member of AvtoKrAZ HC, Shipyard Zaliv JSC with two technological shipbuilding lines builds chemical tankers with coated cargo tanks, container carriers, oil and gas drilling platforms, offshore platforms. /www.zaliv.com/

On the Governmental level AutoKrAZ HC closely cooperates with the foreign Ministers, Ambassadors, Military Attachés, Government & Civil Authorities from different world regions including Africa, Middle East countries, Gulf States and others.
Executed Global Projects
1. Supply of more than 2000 KrAZ heavy-duty vehicles with wheel arrangement 6×6 to Iraq in frames of the Post-war reconstruction program.
2. Setting up of KrAZ trucks assembly production in Vietnam jointly with "Vinacomin" company in 2003 has provided a production of about 450 KrAZ-6510, KrAZ-65055 dumpers and KrAZ-65101 chassis. Assembly plant is also intended to refurbish more than 3,500 KrAZ vehicles being supplied to the country before.
3. Supply of about 500 KrAZ trucks to the Egyptian army since 1996.
4. Since 1990 more than 570 KrAZ units were supplied to Mongolia to be operated in mining and transport heavy earth movers.
5. Providing of Angola construction sector and municipal economy with 210 KrAZ-6322 trucks since 1999.
6. Successful operating of 600 KrAZ trucks being supplied to India from 1995.
7. Execution of the refurbishment program for old KrAZ trucks being supplied to various countries within 60 years of Kremenchug auto plant operating.
8. Supply, maintenance and service of 400 KrAZ units at various fields in Yemen since 1995.
Events
 Many times our Holding Company has won State Prizes and European awards due to high reliability of trucks along world quality standard.
 We were the only Ukrainian heavy-duty trucks manufacturer to take part in the world armament exhibition "IDEX-2005" and following its results AvtoKrAZ Holding Company was awarded with "The Certificate of Appreciation".
 On the 11th International Exhibition “AUTOMECH AKHBAR EL YOM - 2006” in Egypt Foreign Trade Firm KrAZ JSC was the only representative of Ukrainian heavy-duty trucks manufacturers.
 In August, 2006 AvtoKrAZ HC exhibited KrAZ vehicles at "AUTOPETRO-2006" and “AutoEXPO–2006” in Viet Nam together with its partner “Vinacomin”.
 At the Moscow Motor Show-2006 the new development-KrAZ-6140TE fifth-wheel tractor won Grand Prix introduced by the “Kommercheskiy Transport” Magazine in the category “The best off-road truck”.
 AvtoKrAZ HC was presented by Foreign trade firm KrAZ on the 34-th Tripoli International Industrial Fair, Libya in 2005.
 At the Argentinean exhibition TRANSPORTE-2005 powerful heavy-duty KrAZ trucks were a subject of a great interest shown by the exhibition visitors due to their tolerance to overloading, minimal servicing and high cross-country ability.
